Construction works of renovating the nurseries of Szombathely – 5.

Short description of the project:

As part of the project “Nursery developments in Szombathely”, the modernisation of Csodaország Nursery in Szűrcsapó street will be carried out. The building with a useful base area of 1148.72 square meters is renovated, which had been necessary not only from an aesthetic aspect, but also for functional and power engineering reasons. As part of the project, the complete replacement of the currently installed doors and windows, decayed and hard to close, and heat insulation and renovation of the roof and the complete outer facade are carried out.

Indoor transformational works and extensions according to functions will also be done. After finishing the project, all the nursery groups will have individual sanitary units, toilets and locker rooms. The cooking kitchen will also be reconstructed, with new kitchen appliances installed, and the complete replacement of outdated fixtures and a complete kitchen technology renovation will be carried out. In other rooms of the nursery, floor and wall tiles will also be replaced, and the children’s wardrobes will be renewed, too.
